Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use the site and the service, in whatever way works for them.

Draft: this page still needs a lawyer's review. Until then it isn't shown in search engines.

Our commitment

We work to make the YallaFlow website and dashboard accessible to people with disabilities, following Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773‑2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

What we did on the site

  • Keyboard: every link, button and tab can be reached with the keyboard, and the selected element is clearly marked.
  • Screen readers: every image and illustration has a description, and interactive elements have clear names. Headings on every page follow a proper structure.
  • Contrast and text size: colours were chosen for enough contrast between text and background, and you can enlarge the text in your browser without breaking the page.
  • Motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the site shows no animations. The 3D demo is decoration only, and no information appears only in it.
  • Language and direction: every page is marked with the right language and direction, Hebrew right to left and English left to right.
  • Devices: the site works on phones, tablets and computers.

How we checked

We checked the site with automated testing tools. [Full manual audit by a certified accessibility consultant: date and results.]

What isn’t perfect yet

  • The animated demos of the service (the “holograms”) have a text description for each scene, but some small details inside them appear only as illustration.
  • [Further issues found in the manual audit.]

We keep improving. If you run into a problem, we’d like to know.

Stores built on YallaFlow

Every store on YallaFlow is built from components designed to be accessible, but store owners are responsible for the content they add, such as alt text for photos and the colours they choose, and for their own store’s accessibility statement.
